Litibu Real Estate

Litibu is a residential and resort community being developed in the state of Nayarit, located between Punta de Mita and Sayulita. Litibu is a government-sponsored master-planned development, a comprehensive project including infrastructure and roads. In the future, Litibu will incorporate upscale establishments and amenities such as more luxury resorts, five-star, and boutique hotels, shopping centers, even schools, and hospitals. The project also considers the construction of a Marina.

Currently, the main attraction of Litibu is the Greg Norman 18-hole golf course, regarded as one of the most gorgeous and most challenging greens in all of Mexico.
