Flamingos Nuevo Vallarta Real Estate

Flamingos is a real estate development in the state of Nayarit situated right next to Nuevo Vallarta, to the north. These two resorts and real estate destinations, Nuevo Vallarta and Flamingos, are practically merged and are barely divided by a small controlled access booth, the reason why some people mistakenly think it is all just one destination.

As you drive from Nuevo Vallarta and into Flamingos, you will see a long straight road lined up with palm trees and on the beachside, condominium developments, and hotels. At the end of that road, but not accessible by car, is the small beach town of Bucerías. It is also possible to access Flamingos through the highway that leads to Punta de Mita.

Flamingos community is mostly all-inclusive hotels for national and international tourists to enjoy a hassle-free vacation. Chain hotels such as the Riu Hotels (which by the way there are three of them in Flamingos) but also local brands like Villa del Palmar Flamingos and others;

Flamingos area condominium developments offer everything residents and visitors could ask for, like restaurants, bars, spas, pools, beach access, on-site shopping and supermarkets, concierge, lounge areas, game rooms, gyms, you name it!

The Flamingos real estate market compromises luxury condominiums for sale boasting hotel-type amenities and services located along the Flamingos beach and a few gated communities offering homes for sale, usually located on the other side of the main road, across the street from the beach. Prices are mainly mid to high range.

Just like in Nuevo Vallarta, the scenery of Flamingos is fantastic and very attractive to those who enjoy being close to nature.

The Flamingos community does not offer that many possibilities for attractions or amenities, except for the restaurants, bars, and services inside the condo buildings and hotels. There is a supermarket located along highway 200, but being so close to Nuevo Vallarta and the small town of Bucerías, if you want to scape your all-inclusive paradise or your fabulous beachfront condo to try something new, there are various places to explore in the nearby communities.

One of the main attractions you can find at Flamingos is the Flamingos Golf Course, an 18-hole championship golf course located right off highway 200 and designed by Percy Clifford.
